I’M GOING ON VACATION, CAN I POSTPONE MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we can change the delivery date within the same scheduled week only. For example, you usually receive your box on Tuesday; we can move your delivery to Friday, on request only, with one week’s notice. A maximum of two changes per season is possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but due to the volume of orders, we may not grant you this change.
HOW DO I KNOW THE CONTENT OF THE NEXT DELIVERY?
If you have already ordered your basket or bouquet, you will automatically receive an email before each delivery, indicating the content of your order. If you are not yet a customer, you can obtain this information by subscribing to the newsletter.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE SIZE OF MY BASKET OR MY BOUQUET?

CAN I STOP MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes. After two deliveries, you can stop your subscription. We will then refund you the remaining amount. The first two deliveries are non-refundable and are billed at the unit cost since you no longer benefit from the subscription offer.
CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OF MY BASKET OR MY BOUQUET DURING THE SUBSCRIPTION?
It is possible to change the size of your box or your bouquet in your customer area. The change will be effective during the new delivery cycle.
I RECEIVED A GIFT CARD, BUT THE SEASON IS OVER. CAN I STILL USE IT?
Gift cards are valid on the entire site without limit of date until exhaustion of this one.
The subscription gift cards are valid for the current season or the following season. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of the opening of the next season.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS?
Delivery times are 24 to 48 hours throughout Quebec. They include the processing time of the order, depending on when you made it.
The cost of home delivery for medium freshness boxes is $14.95/delivery.
The cost of home delivery for farm bouquets is $11.95/delivery.
Collecting your order at the farm or our partner collection points is free.
HOW ARE FLOWER BOUQUETS DELIVERED?
Each bouquet delivered directly to your door is packaged in a protective sleeve which is itself glued and sealed to the bottom of a recyclable cardboard box. The stems are conditioned and protected by an almost magical foam that will keep your bouquet fresh until it opens.
The bouquet picked up at the farm will be presented to you in a nice sleeve, with paper to protect the stems until you arrive home.
HOW ARE THE FRESHNESS BOXES DELIVERED?
Your vegetables are placed very carefully to maximize and retain their freshness on the way to you. Your products are placed in insulated boxes with a cold source and protective paper to ensure temperature, food and quality stability from the farm to your door. All of our packaging are compostable or recyclable, even plastic wrap.
